• Standard shippingOrders placed by 12:00 PM EST are typically delivered within 5 business days and cost $8.00 for orders under $100. Orders over $100 receive free standard shipping.

• Express shippingOrders placed by 12:00 PM EST are typically delivered within 2 business days and cost $25. Priority shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

nicholas james's distribution center is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Orders with custom embroidery items are not eligible for same-day shipping.

nicholas james's returns policy includes:

A free return shipping label for regular price merchandise returned within 30 days and sale items returned within 14 days. Final Sale items cannot be returned.

Gift cards, gifts with purchase, and items purchased from third-party retailers, golf shops, and specialty retail stores are not eligible for returns.
